What You’ll Do

Plan, launch, and optimize paid user acquisition campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google, TikTok, and Unity Ads

Manage budgets, bids, and creatives to drive efficient CPI and ROAS

Analyze campaign performance, cohort data, and funnel metrics to guide strategy

Work closely with the creative team to brief and test high-performing ad assets

Collaborate with product and data teams to align UA with in-game events and live ops

Report weekly KPIs and growth outcomes to leadership
Who You Are

3+ years of experience in user acquisition for mobile games or apps

Deep knowledge of paid UA platforms and campaign optimization
-
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Excel, Appsflyer, or Adjust

Experience with A/B testing and creative performance analysis

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment

Passionate about games, performance marketing, and scaling global audiences
