What You’ll Do

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid user acquisition campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google, TikTok, and Unity Ads

  • Manage budgets, bids, and creatives to drive efficient CPI and ROAS

  • Analyze campaign performance, cohort data, and funnel metrics to guide strategy

  • Work closely with the creative team to brief and test high-performing ad assets

  • Collaborate with product and data teams to align UA with in-game events and live ops

  • Report weekly KPIs and growth outcomes to leadership

Who You Are

  • 3+ years of experience in user acquisition for mobile games or apps

  • Deep knowledge of paid UA platforms and campaign optimization

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Excel, Appsflyer, or Adjust

  • Experience with A/B testing and creative performance analysis

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment

  • Passionate about games, performance marketing, and scaling global audiences
